Prices starting at $1,250


All packages include:

  • Unlimited prints during rental hours

  • Custom-designed 2x6 photo strip

  • Choice of photo booth backdrop

  • Choice of exterior bus decor

  • A large variety of fun props

  • Booth attendant to assist guests

  • Setup/delivery up to 2 hr. before booking start time

  • Online photo gallery (post-event) 

3-hour minimum. We require a 50% deposit and a digitally signed contract to lock in your date. 

30% additional fee for events on Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July. 

   Venue Requirements:

  • A level space of 20ft x 20ft.

  • Within 75ft from an outlet

  • The bus can be rolled into indoor venues with a 7'x7' entrance/opening, but please get approval from the venue before booking.


What's Included


Photo booth

Guests control the action on our 22 inch touchscreen running the most up-to-date photo booth software. The booth also includes a professional-grade DSLR camera, lighting, and a dye-sublimation printer.

Photo strips

Photo strips are instantly printed on high-quality photo paper after each booth session. We include personalized photo strip designs specific to your event with every package.



We have sequin and chiffon style backdrop options for you to choose from. We also offer a no backdrop option for those wanting to capture the classic VW look.


Bus decor

All packages include your choice of bus decor and "Photos" light up sign.  View our Customize page for more info. You are also welcome to set up your own decor around the bus to enhance your theme/brand. 



The booth attendants are always standing by to help your guests use the booth, keep the line moving at a reasonable pace, answer questions and put a smile on your guests face.

We have a wide selection of props that will be displayed in the trunk along with a mirror and lighting. Custom props are available for an additional charge.

Extra Time

Does your event need more than 3 or 4 hours? We got you covered.


Additional Booth Hour - $200

Keep the photo booth running longer at your event.


Idle Hour - $60

This extends the time the bus is at your event but the photo booth will not be operational. This assures that you are getting full use of your rental and not paying full price for expected down time.  


An example of Idle Hours is when the booth is booked for 4 hours, where the booth is operational from 5pm-6pm and 7pm-10pm. The booth will be closed (at the client’s request) from 6pm-7pm. This is usually for meals or speeches. 

Photo Guest Books

Standard Guest Book - $40

This guest book is 10x10 and includes 40 pages with 4 slots on each page, allowing for 160 photo strips and plenty of room to write above the photos.

**Included FREE when you book for 4 or more hours.


Engraved Wood Guest Book - $120

This guest book is 8.5x11 and features a cherry wood cover engraved with your unique details and 60 pages of premium quality cardstock paper. This book will allow for three 2”x6” strips per page.

Audio Guest Book- $325

An Audio Guest Book is an awesome alternative or addition to the traditional guest book. The rotary phone lets your guests record message clips all night long. Simply pick up the phone, say what’s on their mind, and hang up. It’s that easy! All of the recordings will be sent by dropbox after your event for you to listen/share/download and cherish for years to come.

Digital Photos via Text - $25

Text your photos directly from the photo booth to your phone. 

Digital Photo Strip 

A digital copy of the photo strip sent to your phone.

Animated Boomerang 

Converts the photos from each session into an animated boomerang GIF or Video.

Venue WIFI or ethernet is required.


USB Flashdrive - $25

With this add-on, you will receive a USB flashdrive at the end of the night containing a digital copy of your event photo booth photos.
