Tax not included. We require a 50% deposit and a digitally signed contract to lock in your date. 

All packages are priced for events up to 250 guests within 50 miles of 89015. 3 hour minimum for weekdays & 4 hour minimum for weekends. 30% additional fee for events on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, or New Years Day. For full or multiple day events please contact us for a custom quote.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Cornhole rental - $50

  • Custom wood guest book - $120

  • Custom prop signs - $15 each

  • Upgrade to 4x6 photos - $50

Venue Requirements:

  • A level space of 15ft x 15ft.

  • No more than 100ft from a power source.

  • The bus can usually be rolled into indoor venues with a 7'x7' entrance/opening, but please get approval from the venue before booking.

Photo booth

Control the action on our 22 inch touchscreen monitor running the most up to date photo booth software. The booth also includes a professional grade DSLR camera, lighting, and a dye-sublimation printer.

Bus decor

All packages include our light up "Photos" sign and your choice from our bus decor. You are also welcome to set up your own decor around the bus to match your event theme.

Photo strips

The photo strips are instantly printed on high quality photo paper on the spot. We include customized photo strip designs specific to your event with every package.

Attendants

The booth attendants are always standing by for assistance to help your guests use the booth, keep the line moving at a reasonable pace, and put a smile on your guests face.

We have many sequin and tulle curtain style backdrop options for you to choose from. We also offer a no backdrop option for those wanting to capture more of the classic VW look.

Props

We have a wide selection of props that will be displayed in the trunk along with a vanity mirror and lights. Custom props available for additional charge. 

Photoshoot Rental

Interested in renting the bus for a photoshoot?
Rates start at $250 for 2 hours. Additional hours are $75 /hr after that.
(2 hour minimum)
